Speaking up at Mambu

At Mambu, we believe that transparency and accountability allow us to function effectively. We know that our long-term success depends on maintaining the trust of parties we have a business relationship with (our customers, suppliers, business partners, employees, contractors).

To encourage a culture of openness and accountability, Mambu has put in place a SpeakUp channel available for both internal and external stakeholders.

What should be reported via the SpeakUp channel?

The SpeakUp channel should be used to report concerns about suspected or actual criminal conduct, unethical conduct or other misconduct including a (suspected) breach of law by or within Mambu, including but not limited to: illegal conduct, fraud, money laundering, offering or accepting a bribe, financial irregularities, discrimination, harassment, failure to comply with, or breach of laws.

You can raise these concerns (also anonymously), without fear of retaliation.

Protection of confidentiality

We take the utmost care to protect the identity of reporters and the confidentiality of their reports, within the limits defined by applicable laws and regulations.

Managing your report

After the concern has been received by Mambu, an acknowledgement of receipt will be sent within 7 days. Mambu will investigate the report based on the provided information. Follow-up contact is often needed for further clarification and contact will be sought via the available channels.

In case of anonymous reports, the follow up communication will be managed only via the “My secure inbox”. This is available to the reporter via the username and password generated during the initial submission.

An update on the follow-up of the concern will be shared within three months after Mambu’s acknowledgement of receipt.
